These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the online program Stress-Management and Resilience Toolkit for Entrepreneurs (“Program”) provided by Littebrant Sociedad Responsabilidad Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica. By purchasing and using this Program, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope and Limitations
The Program is an educational and informational resource designed to provide general strategies, tools, and exercises for stress management and resilience in business settings.
• It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
• No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or business improvements.
• Users are solely responsible for how they apply the information provided.
User Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete registration and payment information.
• Use the Program content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not share, distribute, sublicense, or resell Program materials to third parties.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials in the Program, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name].
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal use.
• You may not reproduce, modify, copy, sell, or distribute any part of the Program without prior written consent.
Payment Terms and Refunds
• All payments are processed securely through 2Checkout (Verifone).
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and may include applicable taxes, depending on your location.
• Due to the digital nature of the Program, refunds are only provided if requested within 7 days of purchase and if no more than 30% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
• To request a refund, email support@littebrantlimitada.com with your order details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Privacy and Data Handling
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Littebrant Sociedad Responsabilidad Limitada’s Privacy Policy, aligned with the 2Checkout (Verifone) Privacy Policy available at https://www.2checkout.com/policies/privacy-policy/.
• We collect necessary data to deliver the Program and process payments securely.
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties.
Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Littebrant Sociedad Responsabilidad Limitada disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to emotional distress, business losses, or reduced productivity.
• You agree that your use of the Program is at your own discretion and risk.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
• Any disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in San Jose, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Modifications to Terms
Littebrant Sociedad Responsabilidad Limitada reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
